Remote Administration Tools (RATs)

A Remote Administration Tool, or a Remote Access Trojan, commonly known as a RAT is a Trojan Horse, once installed on a server, it allows the hacker to remotely administrate the server. Like a keylogger, it requires to be installed on the remote server to function. But RATs are different from Keyloggers. Once a target system is been compromised by this malware software, it can be even used to make a BotNet and many other.

Since it enables to Administratively control the system, It allows to:

• Monitor the Keylogging Software.
• Take screen shots.
• Take Webcam pictures.
• Remotely shut down the system.
• Deleting and changing files.
• Remotely download and install other programs.
• Changing the dekstop wallpaper.
• Formatting Disks.
• Execute Commands.
• Distribute other malicious programs.

And much more.. It almost allows the hacker to do anything on the server.
